Greetings!

On Saturday, January 28, 2012, The Friends of Volunteers in Medicine Clinic Inc., will host the 12th annual Black-Tie Gala at Mariner Sands Country Club in Stuart, FL.  Guests will enjoy our Magic Carpet Ride theme, along with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres as they survey silent and live auction items. Executive Chef John Saundry will prepare a scrumptuous dinner to delight the most discriminating palate, while the show band, Private Affair will keep you entertained with a versatile repertoire of dance music.

The Volunteers in Medicine Clinic is now in its 16th year of providing a valuable and unique service to Martin County. Our patients are uninsured, legal residents who would otherwise go without basic health care, or rely on expensive hospital emergency room treatment.

The gala is VIM Clinic’s primary fund-raiser of the year, and we are asking for your support in the form of sponsorships, advertising and auction donations.  Please include yourself in this worthwhile evening, and make it possible for VIM Clinic to continue providing crucial health care to less fortunate members of our wonderful community.

Ninety-eight cents of every dollar goes directly to patient services. Thanks to our volunteers, VIM Clinic provides $12 worth of services for every dollar raised. This is an unprecedented ratio of costs to services — all of which stays in our our community!

Click here for sponsor kit: http://vimclinic.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/09/SponsorKitCards.pdf and confirmation form for your gift of care. We would love to list your sponsorship in the Gala Invitations, so please mail, e-mail or fax your form to VIM Clinic by October 28, 2011.  To advertise in the Gala Program, all art and copy must be submitted by December 15, 2011.

Thank you for supporting VIM Clinic. The past 16 years have been an amazing Magic Carpet Ride, and with your support, VIM Clinic will continue to bring the gift of health to many more members of this great community. So please, join us January 28, 2012, and let’s celebrate this journey together —  because together, we DO make a difference!
